Ohio State wins Big Ten East

COLUMBUS – No. 2 Ohio State overcame four fumbles by its star offensive players and a resilient Penn State to defeat the Nittany Lions 28-17 at Ohio Stadium Saturday to clinch the Big Ten East Division title.

J.K. Dobbins rushed for 157 yards and two touchdowns as the Buckeyes found themselves in their first real slugfest of the season, with Penn State taking advantage of two second-half turnovers to climb back into the game in the third quarter after going down 21-0.

The Ohio State defense was bolstered by Chase Young, who returned from a two-game suspension.
