Shammaa Ammar and his wife told detectives they were walking in the parking lot of Fort Rapids waterpark, 4565 Hilton Corporation Drive, watching their daughter ride her hoverboard at approximately 9:50 p.m. on Nov. 26 when the suspects walked up to them, put a gun to the girl’s head and demanded the hoverboard.

They ran to a white PT cruiser and drove away Sgt. Shan Laird of the Robbery Unit said.

Security video from the park was released in an attempt to identify potential suspects but Laird says the two men in the video immediately came forward and were eliminated as suspects.
