CHARLOTTE (AP) — Cincinnati suffered its first loss as Cam Newton threw for two touchdowns and ran for two others in Carolina’s 31-21 win.
Newton completed 15 of 24 passes for 150 yards and ran for 36 more as the 2-1 Panthers won their seventh straight home game going back to last season.
Christian McCaffrey racked up a career-high 184 yards rushing, one week after tying a team record with 14 receptions.
