COLUMBUS – The parents of a two-year-old girl found in an East Side alley early Wednesday are meeting with officials from Franklin County Children Services to determine if they should face charges.
The agency asked for the public’s help locating the child’s parents after the toddler was found by a neighbor in an alley near Livingston and Fairwood Avenues at about 12:45 a.m. Wednesday, Children Services spokesman Bruce Cadwallader said.
The citizen flagged down a police officer.
The girl is being cared for by Children Services.
