The Pirates routed the Indians for the second straight night.
Starling Marte, Gregory Polanco and Josh Bell each hit a two-run homer.
Marte homered in the first inning, drove in three runs and extended his career-high hitting streak to 17 games.
Right-hander Shane Bieber was recalled by Cleveland from Triple-A Columbus to start against Pittsburgh.
Infielder Yandy Diaz was optioned to Columbus to make room for Bieber, who is 5-1 with a 3.53 ERA in seven starts this season for the Indians.
