Plan ahead: Start times, TV for more Buckeye games announced

COLUMBUS – You will have to get up bright and early if you’re planning on tailgating before the Buckeyes’ season-ending rivalry game against Michigan.

The Big Ten Conference, along with the Big Ten Network, FOX and ESPN released start times and television carriers for five Ohio State football games this year and the home game against The Team Up North will kick off at noon on FOX. As the final home game of the season, it will also be Senior Day.

Other times, TV information and special dates for games on the 2018 schedule:

Sept. 1 vs. Oregon State – Scarlet & Gray Game (Noon/ABC)
Sept. 8 vs. Rutgers: Hall of Fame Day (3:30 p.m./Big Ten Network)
Sept.22 vs. Tulane – Alumni Band Day (Time/TV TBA)
Oct. 6 vs. Indiana — Homecoming (3:30 or 4:00 p.m./TV TBA)
Oct. 13 vs. Minnesota – Buckeye Club Day
Nov. 3 vs. Nebraska – Military Appreciation Day
Nov. 24 vs. Michigan – Senior Day (Noon/FOX)

Some primetime games may still be announced leading up to the season but otherwise, Department of Athletics spokesman Jerry Emig says additional game start times and television network carriers will be announced during the season within the 12 days or 6 days of game time.
