COLUMBUS – Police in Whitehall say a 13-year-old shooting suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.

Gregorio Canchola is wanted for attempted murder after shooting an acquaintance Monday night behind a Kroger store at 850 Hamilton Road, police Chief Mike Crispen said.
Officers responding to a reported shooting behind the store at 5:20 p.m. Monday found Rogelio Moran suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, Crispen said.
He was taken to the hospital in stable condition and Crispen says his wounds are not expected to be life threatening.
Police say Moran, 21, and Canchola are known acquaintances and were having an argument when Canchola shot Moran and fled the area on foot.
Canchola has been charged with attempted murder and a warrant has been issued for his arrest, Crispen said.
