COLUMBUS – Police say a missing 11-year-old East Side girl is considered an endangered runaway.
UPDATE 8/21/18 10:45 a.m.: Ramya Jarvis returned home on her own, police reported.
Ramya Jarvis was last seen in the area of E. 17th Avenue and Ontario Street on Monday wearing a blue spaghetti-strap top and blue jeans.
She is described as 5’6” tall/170 lbs. with Black hair and brown eyes.
