COLUMBUS – Police are asking for help locating a man they say has committed repeated acts of public indecency at central Ohio shopping malls.
Detectives with the Columbus Division of Police Sexual Assault Unit have charged Carlos Cuellar (right and above, left) with multiple incidents of public indecency reported at the Forever XXI at Easton Town Center and the Northland Plaza Discount Fashion Warehouse.
Cuellar, 34, is also believed to have used aliases Hugo Cuellar, Jamie Sanchez and Hugo Caudillo-Cuellar.
