The Community Connections Center Partnership Ohio — C3PO — program trains high school students to earn certificates allowing them to work as Direct Support Professionals for Ohioans with developmental disabilities, addressing the challenges of workforce development and filling the need for people who can help more than 90,000 people who live with developmental disabilities.
