RailRiders 6, Clippers 4

COLUMBUS – The Clippers fell to Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, 6-4, Monday night in the opening game of a four-game series at PNC Field.

Zack Zehner went 2-for-4 for the RailRiders, including a two-run home run in the fifth inning off losing pitcher Tanner Tully (1-1).

Max Moroff went 3-for-4 for the Clippers, including a two-run homer in the third inning.

It was the third loss in the last four games for Columbus.

Deivi Garcia (1-0) got the win for Scranton.

The two teams resume the series Tuesday night.
