That’s where he drove into the Hudson River in the town of Ft. Edward while fleeing police.

Authorities say Lewis, 26, is likely to be arraigned Monday.

Lewis has been released on $1,000 bail with GPS monitoring in August after pleading not guilty to raping a 13-year-old girl. Police say he cut off the tracking device in September and drove cross country, committing multiple crimes along the way.

He was reported to have been seen in Columbus Sunday.

Police allege he was returning to Massachusetts to kill his accuser.
