Red Sox 4, Clippers 3

COLUMBUS – Chad De La Guerra’s soft single to center field brought Dan Butler around from second base to break a 3-3 tie in the 4th inning and give the Pawtucket Red Sox a 4-3 win over the Clippers on a cold and blustery Tuesday night at Huntington Park.

The Clippers had tied the score in the bottom of the 3rd on Yu Chang’s RBI double.

Roenis Elias (1-0) got the win for the Red Sox while Shawn Morimando (1-2) took the loss for Columbus.

The two teams wrap up their series Wednesday at 6:35 p.m.
