COLUMBUS – Police are looking for an endangered runaway 12-year-old girl from the East Side who may be with her 13-year-old sister.
UPDATE: Jada Griffin was recovered by Madison County Police at a friend’s house Friday morning.
Detectives say Jada Griffin left the grounds of Sherwood Middle School on Shady Lane Road on foot at approximately 8:00 a.m. Thursday.
She may be with her sister Brooklynne, who also was reported missing.
Jada Griffin was last seen wearing a dark green hooded jacket, light blue pants and bright pink shoes, police said.
She is described as 5’4”/105 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.
