Sailor killed in “McCain” collision returns home

COLUMBUS – The body of a central Ohio sailor killed overseas was flown home Tuesday.

A police procession guided Jacob Drake from John Glenn International Airport to West Jefferson, where funeral services are this weekend, according to a report by WBNS 10-TV.

Drake was one of the 10 sailors killed after the U.S.S. John McCain collided with a merchant ship near Singapore in August.
