COLUMBUS – A second suspect in a West Side shooting last month was arrested at Put-In Bay over the weekend, but there is still a third suspect at large, Columbus police said.
Blake Williams, 23, was arrested Saturday in connection with the shooting May 24, which left one man dead and another injured, said Sgt. Dave Sicilian of the Homicide Unit.
Deshon Sallee was arrested in Georgetown, Ky., May 30 on a murder charge stemming from the death of Ricqus Marshall, who was found lying outside a home at 2950 Sullivant Avenue, where witnesses told police several gunshots had been fired inside and outside the home, Sicilian said.
DiJon Leeper was found lying in a stairwell inside a nearby home and was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Sicilian says police are still working looking for a third suspect who should be considered armed and dangerous.
