COLUMBUS – Police have arrested a second suspect in connection with a fatal shooting outside a Northeast Side convenience store in October.
Tyyaun Sullivan was arrested Thursday in the 3200 Block of Rabbit Hill Lane on the Far East Side and taken to the Franklin County Jail, Sgt. James Marable of the Columbus police Homicide Unit.
Sullivan, 19, was charged with three counts of felonious assault and a weapons offense in connection with a shooting outside a Sheetz convenience store in the 1400 block of North Cassady Avenue on Oct. 30, which left 21-year-old Kevin Sobnosky dead.
Keimariyon Ross, 18, turned himself in to authorities on Nov. 13 after an arrest warrant was issued for him on a murder charge.
Sobnosky and two other men were driving in the area when their vehicle was struck by gunfire coming from the parking area of a local business. Sobnosky was struck by a bullet and died later at the hospital.
Investigators identified 12 persons of interest in connection with the incident.
