COLUMBUS – A bill that would allow families to place cameras and other electronic monitoring devices in their relatives’ rooms at long-term care facilities is on its way to Gov. Mike DeWine for his signature.
The measure, known as “Esther’s Law,” was approved by the state Senate Wednesday.
Senators unanimously concurred with amendment made by the House.
