COLUMBUS, Ohio – An SUV linked to the murder of a driver-for-hire near Hilliard Tuesday was found a few miles away in a hotel parking lot, but no arrests have been made yet in the murder of Paul Devitt.
Columbus police found the Chevy Suburban in the parking lot of a hotel off Hilliard-Rome Road, according to a post on the Hilliard Division of Police.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the murder.
Police think the theft of the Chevy Suburban was the motive behind the slaying of the 49-year-old Hilliard limo driver, who was found shot to death in the parking lot of a mobile home park on Cosgfray Road Wednesday.
