NASHVILLE – Payton Henry’s three-run home run in the second inning powered Nashville to a 6-4 win over the Clippers Thursday.
The shot to left off Heath Filmyer (1-4) erased a 4-2 deficit and gave the Sounds the lead for good.
Dustin Peterson and Daniel Vogelbach also hit homers for Nashville.
Thomas Jankins (2-5) got the win for Nashville.
