COLUMBUS – A 21-year-old man is under arrest on a murder charge in connection with a deadly stabbing inside a Southeast Side apartment Monday.
Officers responding to a reported stabbing found Meshach Sir King Orton inside an apartment on Eastern Pine Road in the Chantry Village Apartments just after 1:00 p.m., suffering from multiple stab wounds, homicide unit Sgt. Dave Sicilian said.
Orton, 20, died later at Grant Medical Center.
David Silver was arrested on a charge of murder, Sicilian said.
The investigation is continuing.
