Teacher accused of creating child porn

COLUMBUS – A former Columbus high school chemistry teacher appeared in federal court in Columbus Wednesday on charges that he used hidden cameras to take tens of thousands of explicit videos of students and other young women.

He is charged with sexually exploiting minors and distributing, receiving and possessing child pornography.

Foley allegedly created the videos at schools where he taught and in dressing rooms and other public places including department stores in central Ohio, in public areas of downtown Delaware.

According to court documents, Foley admitted to creating videos in the classroom and hallways of the school at which he taught up to the week before his arrest.
