Teen arrested in double shooting

COLUMBUS, Ohio – A 16-year-old boy has been arrested and accused of shooting two 18-year-old men outside a Northeast Side market Sunday afternoon.

Columbus police say Szjne Tyrone Curry opened fire on Shad Turner and Rasheed Brock in the rear of Stafford’s market, 2204 Parkwood Avenue, shortly after 4:30p.m., hitting Turner in the back and Brock in the leg.

Police say Turner was transported to an area hospital in critical condition but his condition was upgraded to stable condition after undergoing surgery. Brock was listed in stable condition.

Curry was charged with 2 counts of felonious assault.
