COLUMBUS – Police are reportedly looking for two men as “persons of interest” in the fatal shooting of a teenager on the Northeast Side Monday night.
Sgt. David Sicilian of the Homicide Unit told The Columbus Dispatch Tykeem Eskridge, 16, was shot in the head and killed during an exchange of gunfire in the parking lot of the Woodland Express, 1785 Woodland Avenue, at approximately 6:30 p.m.
The suspects drove away in a silver four-door sedan, Sicilian said.
This is the 76th homicide in Columbus in 2015.
