COLUMBUS – Drivers who have been struggling through the construction zone between Dublin and Hilliard will have to get used to a new traffic pattern after this weekend – and suffer the temporary loss of a key exit ramp — but the changes signal that the project is getting closer to completion.

Southbound traffic will be shifted onto new pavement closer to the inside median wall between US 33/SR 161 and Cemetery Road. A few weeks ago, northbound motorists made the same switch onto new pavement, which Ohio Department of Transportation officials say allows the contractor to continue making progress on the project so that it’s complete this fall.
