COLUMBUS – Donald Trump heads to an area of Ohio that may be critical to his campaign to deliver a speech on foreign policy Monday.
The Republican presidential nominee will speak at Youngstown State University Monday afternoon.

Mahoning County’s Republican Party Chairman tells The Vindicator in Youngstown that many of the county’s 21,000 newly registered Republicans are excited by Trump’s candidacy. Trump last appeared in the Mahoning Valley in March.
Trump’s senior policy adviser, Stephen Miller, the speech will focus on the destruction of terrorist organizations like the Islamic State group and that the U.S. will ally with any nation sharing that goal, regardless of ideology.
Trump will characterize his position as “foreign policy realism” and also touch on immigration.
Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton plans to campaign in Cleveland on Wednesday. A poll release last week showed her holding a thin lead over Trump in the Buckeye State.
