COLUMBUS, Ohio – Police have made no arrests in a double shooting on the Southeast Side late Thursday night.
Donald Griffin III, 20, was listed in critical condition and Devante Taylor, 21, was in stable condition after police found them inside a vehicle, suffering from gunshot wounds, Assault Unit detectives said.
Investigators say patrol officers dispatched to the area of 5421 Centner Lane on the report of a shooting shortly after 11:36 p.m. found Griffin and Taylor inside a vehicle stopped on the roadway. Both victims sustained gunshot wounds and were taken to a hospital.
Two persons of interest were detained at the scene and later released, detectives say. At this time, they say there is no known motive or any suspects.
