UC is 3rd home night game in ’14

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) – A fourth night game has been added to the Buckeye football schedule this fall.

The Big Ten Network announced Tuesday that Ohio State’s Sept. 27 home game against Cincinnati will kick off at 6:00 p.m.

It marks a record fourth night game in the 2014 season for the Buckeyes with seven start times still to be determined.

The Bearcats’ game at Ohio Stadium will also mark the first time Ohio State has played three home games at night in a season. The Buckeyes’ games at home against Virginia Tech on Sept. 6, at Penn State on Oct. 25 and home against Illinois on Nov. 1 will start at 8:00 p.m.

Ohio State is 39-22 in night games (those starting after 5:00 p.m. local time) and 10-3 at Ohio Stadium.
