Kevin Durant scored 32 points, Stephen Curry added 23 for the NBA champions, who have won 13 straight road games.
LeBron James scored 32 to lead the Cavs, who have dropped eight of 10.
Isaiah Thomas added 19 for Cleveland, who had won 13 straight home games.
The Warriors trailed by seven before Durant helped them outscore the Cavs 36-27 in the third period.
