EAST LANSING, Mich – The Spartans scored the final five points as Michigan State pulled out a 68-65 victory over the Buckeyes Thursday at the Breslin Center.
Ohio State (10-7, 3-3) led 31-26 at the break but MSU outscored the Buckeyes 22-13 in the third quarter to take a 48-44 into the fourth.
Four Buckeyes scored in double figures led by Aaliyah Patty with 12 points. Jacy Sheldon and Rebeka Mikulasikova each had 11 points and Madison Greene added 10 points.
Nia Clouden led all scorers with 20 points.
