COLUMBUS – Madison Greene and Dorka Juhasz each scored 12 points but Purdue spoiled Ohio State’s Big Ten opener on Saturday, winning 66-50 inside of St. John Arena.
Greene also grabbed a season-high four rebounds to go along with three assists and two steals.
Juhasz has scored in double-figures in each of the last six games.
The Buckeyes shot just 31.7 percent from the floor which was their lowest percentage of the season. The Boilermakers also held a 45-26 edge on the boards which really was the difference in the game.
The Buckeyes hit the road next week for a New Year’s Eve date at Minnesota.
