PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers’ Arella Guirantes made a jumper with 4.3 seconds remaining to break the tie and hand Ohio State a heartbreaking 59-57 loss Saturday afternoon at the Rutgers Athletic Center.
The loss snapped a six-game win streak for the Buckeyes (17-10, 10-6).
Dorka Juhasz notched her sixth double-double of the season and the 18th of her career with 17 points and 10 rebounds.
Braxtin Miller finished with 16 points and Rebeka Mikulasikova scored 11.
The Buckeyes host Northwestern on Tuesday in their final home game of the season.
