Athletics Department officials say Elliot traveled to Arizona on the team charter, practiced on Monday and will be available when the Buckeyes (11-1) take on Notre Dame (10-2) at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Ariz. (1:00 p.m./ESPN).
Head coach Urban Meyer told reporters following the team’s Sunday arrival in Glendale that senior defensive tackle Tommy Schutt would miss the game after suffering a broken bone in his right foot during a pre-Christmas practice.
