COLUMBUS – The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland are reopening.

The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium will open for zoo members Friday, Saturday and Sunday and for the general public on Monday. The zoo will be open daily from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Zoo visitors will require a dated, timed ticket to help ensure that social distancing and other precautions are maintained.

Face coverings will be mandatory for all zoo employees and are highly encouraged for guests.

Fans visiting the Rock Hall better practice social distancing by staying at least “two Stratocasters apart” and bring their credit cards.

Officials announced on Thursday that rock’s shrine in Cleveland will reopen on June 15 after closing on March 14 because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Temperatures will be checked at the door and fans must wear masks. There will be continuous cleaning inside and hand sanitizers.

There also will be advance online ticketing, limited capacity with timed ticketing and no cash accepted.

Visitors must also practice social distancing of 6 feet, or at least the distance of two Stratocaster guitars.

Live music will resume on the plaza in July.
