COLUMBUS, Ohio – There’s still no word on the cause of death for a woman whose body was found under what Columbus police say were “unusual” circumstances.
The Franklin County coroner has identified the woman as Daivena Clay, 22.
Clay’s body was found on Tuesday on the basement steps of a Wildwood Avenue house after a resident called 911 to report her son was trying to kill her and hinting that the killing might have satanic overtones.
Police have reportedly ruled out ant satanic link to the incident, but have said that “unusual” things were done to the body.
Investigators questioned the son and his girlfriend, but released them without charges.
