LANCASTER, Ohio – Lancaster police say an 11-year-old boy helped save his little sister from a would-be kidnapper.
Investigators say the boy raised a commotion on Monday at Elmwood Park when a woman tried to snatch the child’s three-year-old sister.
The ruckus caught the attention of several adults, who were able to identify Amanda Kessler as the suspect.
Kessler, 19, is in jail, facing an abduction charge.
