CINCINNATI, Ohio – What’s worse than a divorce involving a law professor?
One involving two of them.
The legal fight between Christo Lassiter and his ex-wife Sharlene Boltz has gone on for 17 years now — seven years longer than the couple’s marriage.
Lassiter is a professor at the University of Cincinnati and Boltz teaches at Northern Kentucky University.
The Cincinnati “Enquirer” says the drawn-out legal fight has drawn the ire of judges who complained the two have either broken rules or abused the legal system.
One said that the ex-couple should be ashamed of themselves and calls it “frightening” that they teach law students.
