Elections board open Columbus Day

COLUMBUS, Ohio – While many local government offices will be closed for Columbus Day, the Franklin County Board of Elections will be open to allow for early voting for the Nov., 5 general election, board officials said.

The board will be open for more than 798,000 eligible voters to cast their ballots weekdays — including Columbus Day — from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. through Nov. 1 and on Saturday, Nov. 2 from 8:00 a.m. to noon.
