COLUMBUS, Ohio – A controversial Franklin County is stepping down.
Municipal Court Judge Harland Hale announced yesterday he’ll retire from the bench on May 24th, after ten years in the job.
“The Columbus Dispatch” reports the resignation comes amid an Ohio Supreme Court investigation into Hale’s alleged dismissal of a traffic ticket against his personal attorney.
