UPPER ARLINGTON, Ohio – An alleged bank robber is behind bars after he was forced to use a bus as a getaway vehicle.
Larry Troutman held up the KeyBank on Henderson Road yesterday, but his getaway driver fled when a dye pack exploded, Upper Arlington police said.
That’s when Troutman hopped a COTA bus where he was eventually caught with the stolen money.
