COLUMBUS, Ohio – A Franklin County judge is being asked to shut down Columbus’ traffic enforcement cameras.
A lawsuit filed yesterday says the cameras violate the Ohio Constitution by denying drivers a chance to defend themselves.
City attorneys say the cameras are a safety measure and not a money grab, and they have the crash statistics to prove it.
