FAIRFIELD BEACH, Ohio – Fairfield County sheriff’s deputies want to know who unleashed a 400-pound lion on a small town on the southern shore of Buckeye Lake.
The lion was released from its cage on a Fairfield Beach farm this past weekend after someone cut the locks.
The animal’s owner says the two-year-old beast didn’t get far before she was corralled, but could have caused a lot of damage.
