COLUMBUS, Ohio – Columbus police say a man wanted in connection with the death of a 16-year-old boy has surrendered.
Jeremiah Ross Howard, Jr., 18, is in the Franklin County Jail, accused of gunning down a Isaiah Giles in July during a fight near Tinley Park and Suffield Drive.
At approximately 7:15 p.m. on July 15, officers checking out a report of a large fight in the Southeast Side neighborhood found Isaiah Giles in front of 3305 Suffield Drive, detectives said.
He died later at Grant Medical Center.
Police issued an arrest warrant Sunday for Howard on one count of murder.
