COLUMBUS, Ohio – OSU police are investigating the near-drowning of a man on Mirror Lake.
Bystanders called authorities around 5:00 p.m. Sunday after seeing a man they thought was drowning.
The 25-year-old was in cardiac arrest when he was pulled out of the water by OSU police officers and student safety officers.
He was revived by medics before he arrived at Wexner Medical Center in critical condition.
OSU police have not released his identity but say he is not currently enrolled at Ohio State.
