COLUMBUS, Ohio – Police are looking for a man they say robbed several people, hurting one of them, after luring them into ambushes with fake online ads.
Investigators with the Robbery Unit say, between December of 2012 and last April, Lavall Lamar White, 21 (above), lured his victims with fake Craigslist ads for electronic devices and robbed them at gunpoint.
One of his victims was attacked and others were threatened, detectives said.
Police have issued an arrest warrant for White on a charge of aggravated robbery.
White is describes at 5’10″/160 lbs. with black hair, brown eyes, a beard an mustache and a tattoo on his right wrist that says “Sparkle.”
Police say anyone seeing White should not approach him and call 911.
