COLUMBUS, Ohio – Columbus police are investigating a gruesome murder on the East Side.
Officers called last night to a Wildwood Avenue home on the report of a suspicious death found the body of an unidentified woman on the basement steps.
Investigators won’t say how the woman died, but say “unusual things” were done to the body.
The owner of the home was interviewed by police and released.
No charges had been filed and there was no information available on any suspects early this morning.
