CLEVELAND, Ohio – Downtown Cleveland was buzzing with the sound of gunfire, as “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” began filming on Monday.
The morning was spent setting up cars for a shooting scene involving Jackson’s character, Nick Fury, trying to dodge gunfire in an SUV wedged between police vehicles, the Plain Dealer reports.
Production in Cleveland for the “Captain America” sequel will continue through the end of June. Cleveland is being used as a stand-in for Washington D.C.
