Sunny 95 Pepsi Soda Shop Prize Pack Giveaway – Official Contest Rules
Sunny 95 listeners 18 and over may enter at Sunny95.com by providing information, including but not limited to, full name, home address, birth date, email address, and phone number between Monday, 6am on October 3, 2022 and Friday, 11:59pm on October 7, 2022, to win a “Pepsi Soda Shop Prize Pack.” No purchase necessary. One entry per person. Submitting more than one entry per person will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using the same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified. in the event of a dispute as to any online registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these official rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. The winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of Sunny 95.
At approximately 9:00am on Monday, October 10, 2022, one (1) winner will be randomly chosen from among all qualified entries by a representative of Sunny 95 staff. The winner will be contacted by phone to confirm their Prize on Monday, October, 10, 2022. The winner’s name and city of residence will be displayed on the contest pages at Sunny95.com. The Prize consists of a metal Pepsi bottle cap sign, a Pepsi Cola T-shirt, and one bottle of each Pepsi Soda Shop flavor (3 bottles total). The total approximate retail value of the Prize is $150.00.
Sunny 95 contests are open to all eligible central Ohio listeners 18 or older that have not won anything on Sunny 95 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
We will make reasonable efforts to award the Prize within 30 days after winning. The winner will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees associated with the prize. Winner must have a valid state ID and complete an IRS Form W-9 to collect the prize. In the event that the prize winner declines acceptance of any of the prizes, prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. Sunny 95’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize. Contest rules may be altered at any time.
Employees of Sunny 95, Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc. and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the Sunny 95 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is the current legal guardian.
