Sunny This Morning’s Office Feud – Official Contest Rules
ENTRY:
Beginning at 6:00am (EST) Monday, 08/14/2023, through 11:59pm (EST) Tuesday, 08/14/2024 (“promotional period”), Sunny 95 listeners 18 and over may register for the “Office Feud” on the contest page at Sunny95.com by providing their full name, name of their business, number of office employees, email address, and business telephone number in the online registration form. One entry per office. All appropriate information in required fields must be entered correctly and completely or the contestant will be disqualified. The winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of Sunny 95. No purchase necessary.
SELECTION:
Each week beginning on 08/24/2023, two (2) offices will be contacted by phone to compete head-to-head daily in a best of five (5) series on Sunny This Morning at approximately 8:50am (EST.) The selected competing offices will compete for one (1) week, Monday-Friday. Each week will feature two (2) new competing offices. Competing offices will be chosen at random by a member of the Sunny This Morning team weekly prior to each on-air competition.
HOW TO PLAY:
Weekdays, Monday-Friday, contestants from each office will compete in a “best of five” style contest. Each contestant will be presented with a single question and given 20 seconds to respond with the top answers provided for their category. (Example: Name the 5 most popular ice cream flavors) One (1) point will be awarded for each correct answer in the category. The office with the most points from the category wins the day’s “Office Feud.” The contestant who answers the most questions correctly out of five throughout the week will be determined the overall winner. If one (1) competing office wins any three (3) consecutive days throughout the week of competition, they will automatically be determined as the winner of their respective week. Winners will be listed on Sunny95.com and may be shared on Sunny 95 social media accounts.
PRIZES:
The office which wins by answering the most questions correctly out of five (5) throughout their respective competing week will receive a $100.00 Amazon gift card from Modern Office Methods. The total approximate retail value of the gift card is $100.00.
The office which wins three (3) consecutive days throughout their respective competing week will win a $100.00 Amazon gift card from Modern Office Methods and a catered lunches for 20 people provided by Schmidt’s Sausage Haus, valued at approximately $340.00. The total approximate retail value of this prize combination is $440.00.
Sunny 95 will make reasonable efforts to award Prizes 30 days after winning. The station’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize. Winners will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees associated with the prize. The winner must have a valid state ID and complete an IRS Form W-9 to collect the prize. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. By entering this contest, participants understand the nature of the prize they are competing to win. In the event that the prize winner declines acceptance of any of the prizes, an alternate eligible winner will be randomly chosen. Contest rules may be altered at any time.
ELIGIBILITY:
Sunny 95 contests are open to all eligible Columbus, OH residents 18 or older that have not won anything on Sunny 95 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per office is permitted within 30 days after a office has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of Sunny 95, Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the Sunny 95 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is the current legal guardian.
