Congratulations to Dr. Felice Kassoy from Upper Arlington Schools, who is our Teacher of the Month for February, presented by Brain Balance, Battelle for Kids, Jet’s Pizza, The Flag Lady, and Sunny 95! As a school counselor, Dr. Kassoy is very proud of her role in enabling children to reach their academic potential, by supporting their emotional well-being. The last three decades she has worked with The YES (Youth Education for Safety) program and she also works with more than 15 affinity groups at Wickliffe Elementary School that are designed to support children in areas such as adoption, allergies, social skills, anxiety, gender identity, divorce, and other emerging areas of need. Dr. Kassoy also serves as an adjunct professor at The Ohio State University and as a site supervisor for intern and practicum masters-level students.
